This website is operated by Sevda, the founder and sole maker behind By Seay, based in Türkiye. Privacy questions can be sent to info@byseay.com.
Information you choose to provide
When you use the contact form, the website receives the name, email address, topic, optional Etsy order number and message you submit. The form is delivered through FormSubmit to info@byseay.com so Sevda can answer your question. Do not include payment-card details, passwords or other sensitive information in the message field.
Analytics and device information
Google Analytics is loaded only after you select “Accept” in the analytics banner. When accepted, it may collect general usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and clicks on Etsy or contact links. Advertising personalization is disabled. If you decline, the optional analytics tag is not loaded.
Orders and external services
Purchases are completed on Etsy. Etsy processes payment, delivery and order-account information under Etsy’s own privacy terms. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Pinterest and Etsy take you to those services, which apply their own privacy policies.
How information is used and retained
Contact information is used to answer questions, discuss custom orders and assist with existing Etsy orders. Messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, order records, fraud prevention and applicable business obligations. By Seay does not sell personal information.
Your choices
You may accept or decline analytics in the cookie banner. You may also ask to access, correct or delete contact information held by By Seay, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate order, tax or legal records. Email info@byseay.com with your request.
